ABLE Letter to Senator Burr State Residency Amendment

APSE signed on with other national disability groups to an amendment that would have allowed ABLE account holders to open an account in any state (as with traditional 529 plans), rather than the state in which the designated beneficiary resides. The amendment was withdrawn in committee.
