Hear Matthew’s conversation with National APSE’s Erica Belois-Pacer about his work in Virginia, his consulting work, and his fun travels. Matthew will be serving as a Chair of the Public Policy Committee and on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee with APSE.
