  • Disability Rights Arkansas Report (2018): The March 2018 report from Disability Rights Arkansas, “Sheltered Workshops in Arkansas: Moving From Segregated Work To Integrated Employment” calls for passage of Employment First legislation:
  • Governor’s Executive Order 10-17 (2010): Established the cross-disability Arkansas Employment First Initiative.
