State Employment First Efforts:
- CS/HB 7003 – The Individuals with Disabilities Act (2016 – enacted): Established the cross-disability Employment First Act, the Financial Literacy Program for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and the FL Unique Abilities Partner Program.
- FL Interagency Agreement(2014): Interagency agreement among 9 Florida agencies to implement E1.
- Executive Order 13-284 (2013): directing state agencies to identify financing and contract methods that will prioritize employment
