Session Description:

This session will feature the key members of Sodexo who are working with external organizations and the internal employee business resource group with a goal of recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting diversity within the company, including employees with disabilities. Learn more about the internal strategies and the work with external partners.

Learning Objectives:

1) Learn about Sodexo, including their mission, history, lines of business, footprint and career opportunities.
2) Understand how Sodexo has partnered with a number of organizations to build a diverse talent pipeline.
3) Gain insight into how a company builds a DEI initiative both internally and with external partners
