Session Description:

In this interactive webinar, we will discuss the importance of cultural mindfulness as we serve Latinx or multicultural communities. We will focus on Latinx communities but will also discuss other marginalized groups within the disability community of Deaf-Blind individuals. How do we provide employment services to multicultural groups while honoring the customs and boundaries of culture? How can embracing the differences in cultures lead to building bridges of bond for your organization that lead to successful employment outcomes and successes for all involved?
