Session Description:
Employer Resource Network ( ERN) is a national model of providing support to employees, with the goal of improving job retention. An ERN is a network of businesses that share the benefit of offering a success coach to their employees. A success coach works alongside employees as they navigate the challenges that come up, both at home or at work, allowing them to come to work and be their best selves.
This model has been in existence since 2014, and there is data to show it has been effective in helping people maintain their employment. As organizations continue to find creative ways to fill their open positions, it is equally important that they look at how to keep good employees. The ERN can be part of any organization's retention strategies, but businesses are also seeing a role in employee wellness and diversity initiatives. Come learn about this innovative model!
