We will defining community employment, career planning and then providing the tools and strategies to deliver career planning. Those tools would include development of P.I.N.S. as part of the initial assessment and intake, development of meaning goals and objectives as part of career planning, and how to improve the social capital of each job seeker. We will also work with each CRP attending on what are the attributes, skills and abilities the organization needs to deliver stellar career planning and community-employment services.
