Job Coaches often have complex performance expectations and need to work effectively as they interact with various locations, individuals and employers. This training will address some of the challenges that Job Coaches face and will provide information that will help them feel effective and successful. This training is taught by a former Director of a large Non-profit who started a very successful Supported Employment Department in 2006. Melissa Miller is a Nationally recognized Job Coach, Job Developer and a fighter for the Civil Rights of people with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities.
