$10 APSE Members | $20 Non-Members
Session Description:
Postsecondary education, such as colleges and universities, provides an opportunity for individuals with cognitive disabilities to earn higher wages in the workforce. The results of this study predict the increased earnings associated with a variety of degree types, including associates, bachelors, and advanced degrees. Findings provide students and their families with information about the financial benefits to further education. Likewise, support systems can utilize these findings to expand opportunities for individuals with cognitive disabilities.
