This course is 2 hour course that is presented live and is designed to be a basic to intermediate level course designed to explore and address problematic behaviours that negatively impact individuals in ways that are constructive and that help others to reach their goals so they can grow. This course will explore basic Reality Therapy approaches/ skills and solution focused approaches that can be implemented to mitigate problematic behaviours and promote safe return to work for all who are involved. The course will utilize a combination of didactic, interactive dialogue, and case conceptualization examples relating to various challenges that are encountered by individuals within their daily lives. This course is part two of a previous course offered by the presenter.
